“Love the art in yourself more than yourself in the art.” — Konstantin Stanislavski
My work as a filmmaker is driven by a simple conviction: that storytelling can shift perspectives, and that shifting perspectives can, in its own way, transform the world.

About
A cinema of human complexity, dignity and transformation.
I am a writer, director, and producer working between Belgium and Latin America. I see filmmakers as artisans in service of an art form that lets us explore human experience from the inside out. Our task is not to judge, but to observe, question, and offer viewpoints that invite others to see differently. My work is driven by a need: to engage with the world through storytelling. I am drawn to how individuals navigate complex systems, confront their contradictions, and preserve dignity, identity, and the capacity to dream under pressure. I don’t seek answers, but to create space for reflection. This approach is deeply tied to my work with actors and my grounding in the Stanislavski system, which demands understanding each character from within and becoming their most committed advocate. Empathy, here, is not abstract—it’s a practice. I came to cinema through directing, then became a writer to tell the stories I needed to bring to life, and a producer to make them possible. Each role emerged not from ambition, but from necessity. As President of the International Association of Acting Coaches (IACT), I advocate for ethical practices and the recognition of coaching as a vital part of the creative process. While many of my works are inspired by real events, my focus is the human drama itself—its complexity—and the possibility of offering viewpoints that challenge dominant narratives. Cinema, I believe, transforms perception. And when perception shifts, even slightly, the world begins to change with it.
